Extremely Noisy

We only had the refrigerator for an hour before is became extremely noisy. Sent it in for service which took a month and a half. We got it back today and again it became extremely noisy in less than an hour. It is 73 decibels standing in front of the refrigerator and 93 decibels if you open the freezer door. The service department said it is a broken seal in the fan housing which they fixed but must have come back loose in transport. Our dealer told us that Frigidaire will not replace it so it will have to be serviced again. You cannot sleep in the same house with this refrigerator.

Broken in less than 3 years. All gas in compressor leaked out. Green and blue slim all over floor and cooper pipes near compressor. Un repairable, if you know anything about refrigerators. Frigidaire will not stand behind product. So I just blew $900.00 for 3 years of service. Not to mention $400.00 in food loss.

Good basic fridge

So far so good. Cools well, makes nice-sized ice, looks nice. Very basic model, but that's what we wanted and needed and it gets the job done. No butter compartment or fancy shelving. Visible styrofoam part in the top of the fridge section, not sure if it's supposed to be there? But, as I said, it works and I have no complaints.

This is the worst refrigerator I have encountered in all of my adult life purchasing refrigerators. The freezer will not freeze, despite the fact that I slam the door, because I notice it does not have a good seal. This frigidaire replaced a Whirlpool fridge that was working fine, except I wanted more room and I liked this layout better. Plus after updating kitchen, wanted new look/color appliances.It's bad. It's real bad. I'm grateful I don't have a lot of food being wasted. It will be returned to the vendor ASAP. I would not recommend them for a refrigerator ever again. All I hear is water trickling at the top of the freezer. It's set to the highest it can go on the freezer and the fridge. Wait 24 hours to make sure the temperature is optimal. Yeah, no....that didn't work.

Alverall the refri was good, the second week I have my vegetable freeze while put it in the upper tray of refri, it ok when I reduce the temperture of the refri section. beside just have it less then 2 month will update as time pass by.

We had a whirlpool purchased new it ran for 3 years, we could not balance out the right temperature, the refrigerator would freeze everything, and ice cream would be soft. We have not had this issue so far with the frigidare. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Refrigerator works fine. Just yesterday, the freezer door, when you open and close, makes a noise which seems like something is rubbing. It happens at about 8 inches from the frig and don't understand, it was fine until then. What could be causing this?

I bought this fridge and it only worked for 6 months, it then became a 18.3 cu ft freezer. I waited 2 wks for a repair person, he replaced the relay switch and the whole unit became a refrigerator, he came back and said the compressor was broken. for the past 2 wks it runs constantly but does not cool. a repair company was to to yesterday but cancelled, now I have to wait till next week. then they tell me I will have to wait until they submit a report to Frigidaire. It has been broken for 5 weeks now. I had to throw food out, frozen milk, eggs, fruit etc. Frigidaire will not compensate me for the lost food and i was forced to buy a $300. mini fridge. I would never recommend a Frigidaire to anyone.

This is a terrible refrigerator. It was warped from the get go, letting cold air out of the refrigerator and causing the freezer to frost very badly! Also, the ™€œauto-close™€ feature makes it more difficult to shut the door than if there wasn™€™t an additional feature at all. If you don™€™t shut the door with pressure more than halfway, it pops back open. This was my first Frigidaire product and will NEVER be back.

Bought this unit as a secondary refrigerator new from local appliance store as a floor model. Worked great and suited our needs perfectly. Unit was inside in a temperature controlled environment. The compressor died after a year and a half and we™€™re told it™€™s cheaper to buy a new unit than replace the compressor. What a joke of a product that lasts 1.5 years. Never again Frigidaire.

From day one this refrigerator has been extremely noisy. A new fan motor was installed a week later to see if this would solve the issue. It did not. I live in a condo, so you cannot get away from the noise even with a door closed. Also, it seems that every time you open the fridge door it starts running. Getting meals prepared in the kitchen is causing me much anxiety.

This refrigerator was delivered on 9/16/21. The water drips from the freezer onto the top shelf! The store sent a repairman three times and this issue is still NOT resolved. The last time he replaced a part that Frigidaire sent to no avail. This is a lemon and needs to be replaced!!

Nothing super special About this refrigerator. My husband and I bought a Doublewide from Clayton Homes and this was included in our home purchase. Personally I would™€™ve loved a bigger refrigerator but this is the one it came with. it serves the function that it is made for. I have no complaints of the quality of the fridge raider or the job it does I just wish it was bigger.

Received a new fridge from appliance connections on the 20th of October 2021. Ice maker doesn™€™t work. The fridge blows warm air only. It took 3. 5 months to get this new fridge. Now it™€™s taking appliance connections three weeks just to get a repair company to just come and look at the fridge. One they see its a faulty fridge itll take them another month or two to get us another new fridge.

A Great Refrigerator for Smaller Kitchens

This is a wonderful smaller refrigerator for a smaller space like my kitchen. Although it can be a little loud, the fridge is very nice and keeps items fresh and cool. It also can hook up to a water line, and can make lots of ice quickly at the push of a button. Pleased overall!

Took delivery a few days ago, seems to have more room inside and 18.9 unit this replaced, especially like spacious door bins. In the minus column, refrigerator's temperature control knob housing is unfastened in the front - it just hangs. I guess that slipped by the purported 42 step quality check.
