This fridge is roomy. I usually don't like stainless steel, but this one is great. Love the lookHave an issue with the interior light and temp regulator, but there is a repair service coming to look at that this Tuesday.

I love my new Frigidaire refrigerator! I was looking for a smaller size fridge that came in the black stainless steel. There was not much of a choice. I was thrilled to find this 20.0 cu. ft. Frigidaire! I love that the freezer has a bright light. It makes it so easy to find things. I also love the narrow drawer for deli meats, etc. The door stores so many items it leaves the main body of the fridge sometimes looking almost empty. I love the look of the front doors from the outside, and I™€™m getting used to giving a little extra push to close them. Overall, so far I couldn™€™t be happier.

My boyfriend and I purchased new Samsung appliances in 2019 for our condominium. The refrigerator didn't last a year requiring a new compressor. Each year thereafter it needed replacement parts including sensors. The last service call was the final straw for me so we junked the Samsung and purchased the Frigidaire brand. I love the roominess of the storage in the door as well as the capacity of the icemaker which we purchased as an added benefit for this appliance. I couldn't be happier with the Frigidaire brand!!!

There is so much room in both the refrigerator and freezer part of this product without taking up too much space. I™€™m thrilled with my purchase because the area for my refrigerator is smaller and could only fit certain refrigerators. However, I don™€™t feel like we lost much space for storage due to the way this product was made and layer out.

Nice fridge, couple minor quirks

This is a very nice fridge, my only complaints are: 1 - the doors have some kind of spring that makes them spring open, which means that if you take an armload out and try to close it, it swings wide open instead. 2 - the rollers don't lock, so when you pull the door, the fridge rolls out. Otherwise it works quite well so far (touch wood) and is very nice.

We needed black to coordinate with new cabinets in the garage. The fingerprint resistant finish is a plus. The glass shelves are easy to set, and the drawers glide effortlessly. The auto close doors really help when your hands are full. The default settings are adequate and recovery when loading is fast. It is so light weight when compared to our 1980 vintage it replaced. Runs quiet enough. I wanted an audible for when the doors are still open, and this model has this. This feature is a little quirky on when and how it signals, but it could be operator error because there are no included instructions that I found. I chose the Frigidaire brand on reputation, and reviews.

We bought this fridge a few months ago and absolutely love it!! While it isn™€™t fancy like the other refrigerators, this fit our needs and is wonderful! The light in the freezer was a bonus as I didn™€™t realize it had one when purchased! It™€™s nice to be able to see everything! During our power outage, we didn™€™t have to throw one thing out as it kept everything cold and the freezer items were still frozen!! Definitely worth the money!

We had to have the auto-door closers removed. They did not work. They are worthless. Cost a service call, two days after installation. Doors would hang with 5 inches of opening. When the alarm would go off but was very quiet. You had to be right next to it to hear it. Back to the drawing board for this model and all that are based on it.

Bought 27 January, was delivered 10 March and yesterday was looking in the fridge for something and the light went out. Plug fine, circuit breaker fine. A few minutes later the fan comes on so it™€™s cooling but no light.

This refrigerator is designed so it can be opened without leaving fingerprints on the front surface. That is important to me. Also the lighting inside is very bright. Excellent appliance.

Noticeable Size Upgrade from Our Existing Standard 29" Fridge

We bought this unit due to width limitations in our kitchen, to replace a standard size refrigerator. The freezer specifically is much larger than our old 18 cubic foot unit, and the fridge functions well with much useable space. The only reason I went for 4 stars rather than 5 is overall build quality. To be claimed part of the gallery or higher tier fridges, the shelving and such feel very cheaply made, more what would be expected in a beer fridge.

Very nice layout, seems roomier than a normal 20 Cu. Ft. unit. Looks great and works well. One thing is that it's kind of loud and is definitely louder than my old unit. Not obnoxiously louder, just louder.

We™€™ve had our refrigerator for around two months now and it™€™s working perfectly. This unit replaced a 23 yr old gallery model that was still running fine. I looked around for a replacement refrigerator that had a light in the freezer as most do not. Fortunately this one does and it™€™s quite bright. The only thing I don™€™t like about this new fridge is the door alarm. There is no way to turn it off and it will start beeping when the door is open under 10 seconds. Other times it starts beeping even when the door is closed and hasn™€™t been opened for a while. I™€™d still recommend this model if you™€™re looking for a replacement. Reasonably priced when on sale.

We upgraded from a 2012 model of about the same size. The new one is larger inside and has a more functional lay-out. We have noted its improved efficiency in our electric bill too. The sure-close doors are a nice feature and our optional ice maker pumps out lots of cubes though we would™€™ve like them to be a bit larger.

We love our new Frigidaire! It is smaller in size than our old one, but has more room inside. I really like that it does not have the in-door ice/water contraption, which always causes problems with leaking and ice bouncing off the floor.

I specifically picked this brand and style for my home. I am so thankful that Fridgedaire made this style in heightt and width! The way that my home built in the 1960s is set up has cabinets that are almost 4ft high in my kitchen and I feel cutting them down or taking them out would of worked for a different or larger fridge but I love my cabinets and did not want to go through a whole cosmetic change on the kitchen. I love the black stainless steel and the space inside the fridge is just right for my family.

At first glance, the 2055 is very beautiful, with clear coat over the black stainless steel doors. The 20.00 Cu. has much more storage space than my old GE 17.5 Cu., and I really appreciate the room. The door shelves hold more and are easy to clean. My criticism is with the refrigerator interior lighting, which looks nice with LED, but is mounted on the top, shinning on the shelves below. If I put a large object on the top shelf under the light, the light distribution is impeded to the lower shelves. So, the lower shelves are in a shadow, somewhat, but is still illuminated. Maybe, a better placement would be of 2 lights on the interior sides. I am a little hesitant on cleaning the exterior doors, as I know the clear coat could scuff or cloud if I use the wrong cloth or cleaner. A microfiber terry cloth seems to work when moistened, but leaves water mark streaks. A soft polishing cloth, dry, takes the water marks away, but the instructions say not to use a dry cloth. I'm still working on it. Once it is clean, it really shines well. The doors do not close by themselves, and need to be helped, which solves an accidental closure problem on someone's elbow or hand. Overall, I am happy with the 2055 and will recommend it to anyone.

New Fridge

My refrigerator of 17 years stopped working. Living in Florida I did not have time to wait for a new one to be delivered in 7 to 10 days. I found a place to deliver next day and selected the Frigidaire as it was the right size and I loved the color. Delivery was great and on time. But the lights inside did not work. I had registered the refrigerator and chatted with a representative who scheduled me an appointment. The repairman came and after talking and him checking it out decided that it was the board which might have gotten damaged in transit. Within 3 days my parts were delivered and the lights came on once the board was installed. Overall I am extremely happy with this appliance. The refrigerator is bigger than my old one but the freezer seems smaller--which is not really an issue as I have a second freezer. I have never owned a Frigidaire appliance so am hoping to love this as much as I loved my other one.

Fridge works fine so far. A bit of a rhythmic him when it™€™s in cooking cycle, but not too bad. The shipping protectors it comes with are horrible. It had plastic sheeting on the door / body interfaces, that don™€™t come off easy and try to leave little bits of torn plastic when you try to pull them off. I had to get a magnifying glass and a razor blade to cut them out neatly.

It's just about 3 weeks since it had been delivered. Look and finish are good! Interior is looking good. But if there's a provision for another shelf or little better adjustment of height between the top shelf and the middle one in the refrigerator, it would be very nice. That is, need a little more height/room for the top shelf. Performance so far is good. Quite. But post delivery wasn't that professional meaning it wasn't even set up basically. The height adjustment front to back hasn't been done.
