I do not like the range top. It marrs easily and already has scrathes in it that will never come out. AND I am not hard on appliances. I had a range top for 8 years that looked better at that age than this one does now. Definitely inferior quality. Would NEVER buy again.

Not a lot of bells and whistles but I never used all the extra features on my old range. Water boils very fast. Oven heats very quickly, too. I do wish the oven and timer beeps were a bit louder and that the oven light turned in when you open it, but those are minor features compared to things like fast boil etc. I like that the oven door is mostly glass because I get the stainless steel look without all the stainless polishing work. Knobs feel sturdy.

The range is fine and has many convenient features. However, every drop of water, any other liquid or food is seen on the black surface and cannot be removed with soap and water. I need to use special paste for it. That is a huge inconvenience. That is why I am giving the range only 4 stars.

We love having a stove that works and has the 4 cooking areas on the top, especially the big burners that can be used as small burners or big burners. The oven seems to heat rapidly. The only problem is that there is no oven light.

If you are like me, you are either an impatient or reluctant cook, this is a great item. The large burners in front boil or cook items quickly, and the oven cooks everything evenly and it reaches internal temperatures for certain meats with ease. It looks cool too.

I wanted to wait until I kicked it up to 500 to cook our first prime rib. Last weekend we did, for husband's birthday. It performed like a champ!! Came up to temp quickly and held heat perfectly after initial cook time, then 2 hours off and holding heat. Couldn't be any happier.
