We are on our 4th motherboard and 2nd oven. Luckily the home came with a one year warranty and the builder is letting us get an over from a different brand.

Disappointed

The combination unit came with our new house and we were excited. Unfortunately it resets time every few days. We called service but all they can say is that a firmware update will be out someday. Very disappointing. We even called your phone support but no help. My wife is very frustrated by this. We also know of of other instances of this happening from the service technician.

I am pleased with both the microwave and oven, although it's a little soon to tell on the oven. That said, I've connected the appliance to the internet, but the clock has to be reset for power outages and daylight savings on/off. Surprising, when I have 20 dollar alarm clocks that reset themselves.

works, but touch screen often crashes

Touch screen requires restart of the appliance, which can only be done from circuit panel since there is no power switch. Additionally, turning off the active microwave or oven is non-obvious. Otherwise, behaves as you'd expect an oven or microwave.

Lots of tech crammed in bringing lots of problems

We have had nothing but problems with this microwave/oven combo since April 2019. (1) The touch screen is difficult to operate. It does not scroll smoothly. There seems to be something wrong with the sensitivity of it. You will get half way through the list and then it jumps to the beginning. It takes several attempts to scroll to the bottom of a list; (2) the touchscreen goes black with gray lines requiring a reset at the circuit breaker almost weekly. We are in a new housing tract. Our neighbors have the same unit and have the same problem. (3) the WiFi/app feature needs to be turned on at the oven every time you want to use it. In other words, you can't just enable it for WiFi and turn on the oven at the store on your way home from work. I guess you have to anticipate every single morning whether you will be using the WiFi feature that day. Again, lots of cool tech if it worked. Our experiences have been less than desirable.

I like the touchscreen, but I have had no problems. I have used the microwave more than ocen, but I do like the quick 1 min, 2 min, and 30 sec buttons. Havent used convection oven yet. I like the option to decide to turn off oven. leave on or reduce temp once timer goes off. I did connect the oven to WiFi and I have the app, but havent used yet. No regrets from me. Been installed for about 3 months.

Love this combo unit. Looks great in my new kitchen. Would have rated it a 5 except for a couple quirky things in the computer. Sometimes it times out in the midst of a cooking event, and when it reboots, the clock show 3 hours later. It completely shut down recently and I had to flip the power switch to reboot it. It's a lot like a computer. But I do love the size and 3 cooking racks and all the features it has.

Great oven, finnicky touchscreen

We were upgraded to this oven due to the previous model being discontinued. This oven added a touchscreen and "smart" features, which is both good and bad. Pros: - The touchscreen looks cool - Having your phone notify you when the oven is preheated is nice - Timers are much more flexible than on a traditional microwave - Clock automatically syncs via wifi so it's always right - The microwave door opens like an oven door instead of swinging to one side, which I prefer Cons: - Touchscreen scrolling was broken when we got the unit, and I accidentally crashed the oven and caused it to restart, which fixed the touchscreen scrolling (overall, not a very user-friendly process there) - Touchscreen is small, takes lots of taps to get to the right settings - Tries to be smarter than it's own good (suggesting cook times, etc... I just want to put in a microwave time!) Overall, very happy with the unit, just will take some time to get used to.

Touchscreen failures

The touchscreen fails all the time requiring it to be reset at the breaker. Microwave should be 1100 watts but is only 900 so everything takes a little longer to cook.

Touchscreen is Terrible

We purchased this in Dec, 2018 and have had issues with the touchscreen not scrolling. It is very difficult to navigate without being able to scroll through the menu. I actually did not want the touchscreen model for this very reason, but the older models were no long available. Disappointed & would not recommend.

The Wi-fi control feature always impresses the guests. Only negative is that in the time we've owned it it has had one error pop up that lasted for a few hours. We were not able to use it during that time. Good thing it is covered under warranty.

Came with chipped paint

My brand new wall oven came with 4 chips off the paint around the touch screen border. When I peeled off the protective tape I noticed the defect. My dealer says he can't do anything because I did not report the defect within 48 hrs of receiving the product. I assumed the paint under the protective film would be good and purposely left it on for a couple of weeks to protect it as I was waiting on a Whirlpool fridge (two month wait) to be delivered and wanted to protect it during the installation as it was to be placed right next to the oven. Not pleased.

I wrote a review about this product and all its flaws a week or two ago, and i noticed it has been erased. I will continue to write new reviews over time as mine are erased JUST so people know how poor this product is. The "smart" function is USELESS. It resets its clock/date about every week. We have to manually change it back. My wife had it on broil once and the screen reset to the hourglass and broil stayed on for almost 2 hours, until i got home and turned the breaker off. The vent vents onto our cupboards below and it got the drawer so hot it was smoking. The steam clean feature also vents out the bottom, therefore all the water leaks onto your cupboards/floor. I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy.
