We bought ours back in Nov 2018. It was installed in Dec 2018. A few weeks later it died. It had to be replaced. This past week, the second wall oven died. We are now waiting for the repairman to check it out. I wished we had gone with another manufacturer. The screen dies - first wall oven. The screen dies - second wall oven. We were told by the repairman the first time - it was a KNOWN ISSUE but we were not told.

Stopped working after one use

This product is overpriced and overrated and noisy when operating.. I used it only once. After that the fan stopped working. After several attempts to get the oven preheated an error message appeared. I haven't cooked a meal in it yet.

Great Overall Oven

I bought this oven about a month ago and I love it! It was easy to connect to WIFI and all the features that offers you is awesome! I love that it tells you when it's pre-heated on your phone that helps with multi tasking that cooking involves!

Disappointed - display does not work

Extremely disappointed. 2 days after installation in Dec. 2018, the display stopped working. Oven will not work unless power to oven is turned off and then back on to let oven reset, OR if oven display decides to come back to life on its own. The display may be dark for days, and then it might come back on for a day, before dying again. We have been waiting almost 4 weeks for a new part. It is now mid-February and we have been without a reliable oven since this brand new oven was installed on Dec. 24. When we have used it, it works fine.

The oven I purchased has a defective computer board. It messed up within the first week. I tried resetting it via power off/power on. Still not working properly. Contacted Lowe's and requested a new oven. They have re-ordered and I am waiting on the replacement. Didn't work even a week before I had problems

I needed a 27 inch wall oven to fit into our existing cabinets and Whirlpool is one of the few companies still making the smaller size wall ovens. Went with the convection option and I am very happy with my choice. Love the 3 racks and the smart connection options. Looks great too!
